Alternate extending each leg as if you are riding a bike. The lower your feet are, the harder it is. Get a rhythm going.<\/p>\n<p>Now lift your head off the mat, hands at your temples, elbows wide. Aim left shoulder to right knee, then right shoulder to left knee.<\/p>\n<p>Your upper back and shoulder should come off the mat with each &#8216;pedal&#8217;. Keep your chin up. Aim for 30 seconds of action, 15 seconds rest.
