According to research published in the&nbsp;<em>British Journal of Sports Medicine<\/em>, aerobic exercise remains the most reliable method, while combined training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) also show strong benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study reviewed 31 clinical trials involving more than 1,300 participants and found that combined exercise reduced systolic blood pressure by over 6 mm Hg, with HIIT and aerobic activity close behind.
